What It Is
My signature blend of Cardio and Strength Workouts leaves you Leaner - Faster - Stronger.
A vigorous combination of strength and cardio with low-impact athletic exercise builds endurance and conditioning.
Each Workout is high-energy, utilizing my signature movement patterns and sequencing to build body awareness, strength, and overall fitness.
Includes a warm-up and a regeneration session following the workout.
Provided for use: mat, 3-5 lb weights, weighted ball, resistance bands, ankle weights

Payment, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1) Payment & Enrollment
Payment is due in full upfront to reserve a spot in any class series, program, or package.
A spot is not held until payment is received.
If a class fills, unpaid registrations are released and offered to the next person.
Pricing, dates, and class details are listed at registration and may change for future sessions.
2) Late Payments
Because space is limited, late payments are not supported.
If payment is not received by the stated deadline, registration may be cancelled and the spot released.
If Heidi agrees (in writing) to accept a late payment, it must be received before the first class to participate.
3) Prorating (Joining After the Start Date)
Heidi may allow late joiners when space permits.
If approved, tuition may be prorated based on remaining classes, starting from the date you join.
Prorating is not automatic and must be confirmed by Heidi.
4) Refunds (Client-Initiated)
All sales are final once a class series begins.
No refunds for missed classes, including travel, schedule conflicts, childcare issues, illness, or no-shows.
No partial refunds for unused classes.
5) Make-Ups / Credits for Missed Classes
Missed classes are not refundable and are not guaranteed a make-up.
If Heidi offers a make-up option for a specific session (example: a bonus class, open gym time, or a credit), it will be clearly stated in advance. Otherwise, the policy stands.
6) Participant Cancellations / Withdrawal From a Series
If a participant chooses to stop attending after the series begins, no refunds are issued.• In rare situations, Heidi may offer a future credit at her discretion (example: medical or family emergency). This is not guaranteed and requires written approval.
7) Coach Cancellations or Changes
If Heidi needs to cancel a class due to illness, emergency, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances:
The class will be rescheduled, typically using extra days already built into the schedule, or
If rescheduling isn’t possible, the value of the cancelled class will be provided as a credit that can be applied to a future class or program.
Refunds are not issued for coach-cancelled classes unless Heidi determines the series cannot be delivered as advertised.
8) Weather & Safety Closures
If weather or unsafe conditions (including road conditions, power outages, facility closures, or local/state advisories) make it unsafe to hold class, Heidi may cancel or delay class for safety.
Weather-related cancellations will be handled in one of the following ways, at
Heidi’s discretion:
Rescheduled using built-in extra days in the schedule, or
Issued as a credit to be applied to a future class/program.
No refunds are issued for weather-related cancellations.
If class is held as scheduled and a participant chooses not to attend due to weather, it is treated as a missed class (no refund).
9) Minimum Enrollment / Schedule Changes
Each class offering requires a minimum enrollment to run as planned.
Minimum enrollment is evaluated based on paid registrations.
If minimum enrollment is not met, Heidi may, at her discretion:
Postpone the start date,
Adjust the schedule format (example: shorter series, combined time slot), or
Cancel the offering.
If an offering is postponed or cancelled due to minimum enrollment not being met, participants may choose:
Credit the payment toward a future class/program, or
Transfer the payment to another currently available class (if space allows).
10) Arrival & Punctuality
Participants are expected to arrive on time so the class can start promptly.• Late arrivals may need to modify or skip portions of class for safety and to avoid disruption.
11) Payment Methods, Chargebacks, and Disputes
Accepted payment methods will be stated at checkout.
If a payment fails, it must be resolved within 24 hours to keep your spot.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in removal from classes until resolved. Any chargeback fees incurred may be billed to the participant.
12) Communication
Schedule details, location, what to bring, and updates are shared through Heidi’s designated channels (email and/or text).
It’s the participant’s responsibility to check messages and stay informed.
13) Policy Updates
Heidi may update these policies at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
