The foundation of my work in fitness and wellness was laid long before I knew it would become my career. Growing up as a competitive figure skater in Wisconsin taught me discipline, perseverance, and how to get back up—literally—after every fall. Skating and dance gave me an early appreciation for the strength, grace, and resilience that come from consistent movement.

After college, I moved to France and discovered how deeply connected the body and mind truly are. Between early morning runs, yoga practice, and exploring the art of food combining, I learned that movement and nutrition are inseparable. Paris inspired not only my curiosity about performance and energy, but also a lifelong love for real, simple food and the balance it brings.

When I returned to the U.S., I continued my studies in nutrition, focusing on alkalizing and anti-inflammatory diets, while developing a mindful approach to training that emphasized form, recovery, and sustainability. My time in New York introduced me to meditation and mindfulness—practices that now form the foundation of how I coach clients toward total wellness.

In 2000, I created a corporate wellness program for a Fortune 500 company. Over just three years, the program transformed workplace culture by improving employee health, productivity, and morale. Two decades later, that initiative continues to benefit employees nationwide—a lasting reminder of the power of integrating wellness into everyday life.

Today, from my home and studio in northwest Connecticut, I combine everything I’ve learned over decades of training, research, and real-world experience into a practical, balanced approach to fitness. My coaching focuses on movement with intention, proper form, and consistency—the key elements that unlock lasting results.

At the core of my philosophy is this belief: there’s an athlete in everyone. My goal is to help you find yours through movement that feels good, challenges that inspire growth, and a mindset rooted in strength and self-respect.

Let’s train with purpose, fuel with intention, and build lasting strength, together.
